Refund & Return Policy

Tomsy Choice Footwear - Your satisfaction is our priority

Returns

We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required
Note: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds: May be granted for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at tomsychoice106@gmail.com.

For size exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order for your preferred size.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over ₹2,000.

Important: We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

Force Majeure

Tomsy Choice Footwear shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God, natural disasters
  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • Government actions or restrictions
  • Pandemics or health emergencies

Governing Law

This Return and Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
